1. INTRODUCTION AND DEFINITIONS
1.1 Company Information
TIH Signature Tours operates under TIH Industries LLC, a Texas limited liability company with its principal place of business at 7300 State Hwy 121, Suite 300, McKinney, Texas 75070 and mailing address at 401 Century Parkway #1173, Allen, Texas 75013. Throughout this document, "TIH Signature Tours," "TIH Tours," "we," "us," or "our" shall refer collectively to TIH Industries LLC and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, and authorized representatives.
1.2 Definition of Terms
- "Client," "customer," "you," or "your" refers to any individual, group, or entity that books, purchases, or participates in our tours or services.
- "Tour" or "Experience" refers to any guided excursion, event, activity, or service provided by TIH Signature Tours.
- "Signature Experiences" refers specifically to our three standard tour offerings: Foodie Experience, Western Cultural Experience, and Bloom & Unwind Tour.
- "Corporate/Large Group Tour" refers to any customized experience for groups of 15-40 people.
- "Booking" refers to the reservation of a tour or experience confirmed through deposit payment.
- "Website" refers to all content, services, and features offered through tihtours.com.
- "Third-Party Platforms" refers to external booking platforms including but not limited to Get Your Guide, Viator, and Airbnb Experiences.
2. BOOKING AND RESERVATION PROCEDURES
2.1 Eligibility
All tour participants must be at least 21 years of age to book independently. Participants under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for their conduct throughout the tour.
2.2 Tour Selection Process
2.2.1 Signature Experiences
Clients may select from our three established signature experiences, each designed to showcase specific aspects of Dallas-Fort Worth culture and lifestyle:
- Foodie Experience (Brunch or Dinner options)
- Western Cultural Experience
- Bloom & Unwind Tour
2.2.2 Custom Experiences
Groups of 15-40 people are eligible for customized private or corporate experiences with bespoke itineraries developed in consultation with our planning team.
2.3 Booking Channels and Procedures
2.3.1 Direct Website Booking
- Complete the booking form with all required information including preferred date, group size, and basic customization preferences
- Review automatically generated quote based on selections
- Submit deposit payment to confirm reservation
- Receive confirmation email with receipt and outlined next steps
- Complete follow-up customization questionnaire
- Receive final itinerary confirmation 5 days before tour date (7 days for Corporate/Private group tours)
2.3.2 Third-Party Platform Booking (Get Your Guide/Viator)
- Standard packages only available through these platforms
- Platform-specific booking processes must be followed
- TIH Tours will contact the client directly after booking notification to arrange customization details
- Platform-specific cancellation and refund policies will be honored as outlined in the respective platform's terms
- Reviews and ratings will be managed through the platform dashboard
2.3.3 Airbnb Experience Booking
- Limited tour options available through Airbnb
- All communication must be conducted through the Airbnb messaging system
- Airbnb-specific policies regarding cancellation and refunds apply
- Rating and review processes follow Airbnb platform requirements
2.3.4 Corporate/Large Group Booking Process
- Initial consultation call or in-person meeting to establish requirements
- Custom proposal development with detailed pricing breakdown
- Formal contract with group-specific terms and conditions
- Customized deposit structure (25% initial, additional 25% at 30 days prior, remaining 50% at 7 days prior to tour date)
- Assignment of dedicated coordinator for seamless planning and execution
2.4 Special Accommodations
Requests for special accommodations related to accessibility, mobility concerns, or other specific needs must be communicated at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate all guests, certain venues or experiences may have inherent limitations. We will provide transparent information about any potential constraints.
3. PRICING STRUCTURE AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Base Pricing
Our standard pricing structure is determined by tour type and applies to groups of 5-15 people:
- Foodie Experience (Brunch): 4-hour duration
- Foodie Experience (Dinner): 3-hour duration
- Western Cultural Experience: 5-hour duration
- Bloom & Unwind Tour: 5-hour duration
Current rates are published on our website and subject to change. Rate changes will not affect previously confirmed bookings.
3.2 Group Size Adjustments
Automatic discounts are applied based on final group size:
- 5-12 people: Standard pricing
- 13-15 people: 10% discount per booking
- 15+ people: Corporate/private pricing (custom quote)
3.3 Customization and Add-on Pricing
Additional services and customization options are available at supplementary costs:
- Professional Photography: $275 flat fee (includes complete digital gallery)
- VIP Access*: Pricing varies depending on tour selection
- Welcome Package: $35-75 per person based on contents
*VIP Access Includes:
Foodie Tour (Brunch and Dinner): Priority seating, Luxury welcome box with gourmet snacks or TIH-branded keepsake, Complimentary bottle of wine or mimosa kit per couple/group.
Western Cultural Experience: Priority seating, Enhanced lunch/dinner, Luxury welcome box with gourmet snacks or TIH-branded keepsake
Bloom & Unwind Spa & Self-Care Tour: Full-length luxury robe and slippers to keep (branded), Extended spa service (upgrade to 90-min massage, facial add-on, etc.)
3.4 Payment Schedule and Methods
3.4.1 Standard Tours
- 50% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking confirmation for our Bloom and Unwind Experience and Stables and Skylines Tour.
- Remaining balance due 7 days before scheduled tour date
- Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, electronic transfers, and wire transfers (for corporate bookings only, received at least 14 days prior to tour date)
3.4.2 Corporate/Large Group Tours
- 25% non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking and date reservation
- Additional 25% payment due 30 days prior to tour date
- Remaining 50% payment due 7 days prior to tour date
- Custom payment arrangements may be specified in the corporate contract
3.4.3 Late Payments
Failure to remit payment according to the established schedule may result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of deposit. Late payment fees of 20% will be applied to overdue balances.
4. COMPREHENSIVE CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICIES
4.1 Standard Tour Cancellation Policy (Non-Corporate Clients)
4.1.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations made 14+ days prior to tour date: Full refund
- Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to tour date: 50% refund of the total tour cost (excluding deposit)
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to tour date: No refund provided
4.1.2 Documentation Requirements
All cancellation requests must be submitted via self-cancellation link on confirmation email. If any issues, contact us at support@tihtours.com and include booking reference number, scheduled tour date, and reason for cancellation. Cancellation timestamp is based on email receipt date.
4.2 Corporate/Large Group Tour Cancellation Policy
4.2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations made 14+ days prior to tour date: Full refund (excluding deposit)
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to tour date: No refund provided
- Custom cancellation terms may be specified in the corporate contract
4.2.2 Documentation Requirements
Corporate cancellations must be submitted on company letterhead or from an authorized company email address to support@tihtours.com with booking reference number, scheduled tour date, and formal cancellation notice.
4.3 Rescheduling Policy
4.3.1 Standard Tours
- Rescheduling requests made 7+ days prior to original tour date: No rescheduling fee
- Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of original tour date: $35 rescheduling fee
- Rescheduled date must fall within 6 months of original tour date
- Limited to one reschedule per booking
4.3.2 Corporate/Large Group Tours
- Rescheduling requests made 14+ days prior to original tour date: No rescheduling fee
- Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of original tour date: 10% rescheduling fee based on total tour cost
- Custom rescheduling terms may be specified in the corporate contract
4.4 Guest Count Modifications
4.4.1 Increases in Guest Count
- Requests to increase party size must be submitted at least 7 days prior to tour date
- Subject to availability and may incur additional costs
- Last-minute additions cannot be guaranteed and may be declined
4.4.2 Decreases in Guest Count
- Notification of decreased party size 14+ days prior to tour: Pricing adjusted accordingly
- Notification of decreased party size 7-13 days prior to tour: 50% refund for each removed guest
- Notification of decreased party size less than 7 days prior to tour: No refund for removed guests
4.5 Company-Initiated Cancellations or Modifications
4.5.1 Cancellation by TIH Signature Tours
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:
- Insufficient bookings (minimum 5 participants required)
- Severe weather conditions that present safety concerns
- Unforeseen circumstances rendering tour execution impossible
In such cases, clients will be offered:
- Full refund including deposit, or
- Rebooking for an alternative date with a 15% discount
4.5.2 Itinerary Modifications
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to:
- Venue availability changes
- Traffic or road conditions
- Unexpected venue closures
- Any circumstances affecting the quality or safety of the experience
Substantial changes will be communicated promptly, and clients will have the option to:
- Accept the modified itinerary
- Receive a partial refund for significantly reduced experiences
- Reschedule without penalty
4.6 Weather Policy
Tours operate rain or shine with the following provisions:
- Indoor alternatives will be arranged when possible during inclement weather
- In cases of severe weather warnings, dangerous conditions, or weather-related emergencies as determined by local authorities, TIH Tours will offer free rescheduling or alternative indoor experiences
- Weather-related adjustments to itineraries will not qualify for refunds unless the core experience cannot be delivered
5. TRANSPORTATION AND LOGISTICS
5.1 Pick-Up and Drop-Off Policy
5.1.1 Service Area
- Complimentary door-to-door transportation add-on service optional for clients within a 25-mile radius of the designated meeting location
- Pick-up from locations outside this radius may be arranged for an additional fee calculated at $2.50 per mile beyond the 25-mile boundary
- Service area restrictions may apply based on tour type and timing
5.1.2 Pick-Up Scheduling
- Specific pick-up locations and times must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to tour
- A 15-minute grace period is provided for the scheduled pick-up time
- If clients are not ready after the grace period, the tour will proceed as scheduled with no time extension
- No refunds will be provided for missed pick-ups or late arrivals
5.1.3 Multiple Pick-Up Locations
- Standard tours include pick-up from a single location
- Multiple pick-up locations for the same group can be arranged for an additional logistical fee of $75 per additional location
- All pick-up locations must be within the 25-mile service radius
5.2 Vehicle Specifications and Options
5.2.1 Standard Transportation
- Luxury SUVs or vans with professional drivers included in all tour packages
- Vehicle assignment based on final group size and specific tour requirements
- All vehicles are climate-controlled, insured, and maintained to highest safety standards
5.2.2 Vehicle Upgrades
Premium transportation options available for additional fees:
- Executive sedans for couples or small groups
- Luxury mini-coaches for larger groups
- Specialty vehicles for themed experiences (subject to availability)
5.2.3 Third-Party Transportation
- Clients may arrange their own transportation to meeting points if preferred
- No partial refunds provided for declined transportation services
- Meeting point and timing details will be provided in the final itinerary
5.3 Luggage and Personal Items
5.3.1 Permitted Items
- Small personal bags, purses, and compact daypacks (up to 18" x 14" x 8") permitted on all tours
- Essential medical items and equipment (with prior notification)
- Mobile devices, cameras, and small photography equipment
- Shopping purchases can be stored in tour vehicles when space permits
- Water bottles and small snacks for personal consumption
- Weather-appropriate accessories (umbrellas, light jackets, hats, etc.)
- Tour-appropriate attire changes when notified in advance (e.g., swimwear for spa visits during Bloom & Unwind tours)
5.3.2 Restricted Items
- Large luggage pieces, suitcases, or backpacking equipment cannot be accommodated during tours
- Oversized sports equipment or bulky recreational items
- Pets (with exception of certified service animals with proper documentation)
- Alcoholic beverages not provided as part of the official tour
- Controlled substances or illegal items of any kind
- Weapons of any type, including concealed handguns, regardless of permit status
- Items with strong odors or potential allergens that may affect other guests
- Large coolers or extensive personal food supplies (except for medically necessary items)
- Drones or professional filming equipment without prior written approval
- Items that may damage vehicle interiors or venue furnishings
5.3.3 Responsibility for Personal Items
- TIH Tours is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items left unattended in vehicles or at tour venues
- Guests assume full responsibility for all personal belongings throughout the duration of the tour
- No compensation will be provided for items lost or damaged during tours
- Found items will be held for 14 days at our office location and may be returned at the owner's expense
- High-value items found will require proof of ownership before return
6. CUSTOMIZATION DETAILS AND PROCEDURES

- Costs of mediation shared equally between parties
- Mediation must be attempted before proceeding to arbitration
11.2.3 Arbitration
- Any dispute not resolved through mediation shall be settled by binding arbitration
- Arbitration conducted in Collin County, Texas
- Judgment upon award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction
- Each party responsible for their own legal fees unless otherwise awarded by arbitrator
11.3 Limitation of Liability
- TIH Signature Tours' liability limited to the amount paid for the tour
- No liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages
- No liability for actions of third-party providers
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.) exempt from liability

By booking a tour with TIH Signature Tours, making a deposit payment, or participating in our tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
