Who can become a TIH Signature Tours affiliate?

A: Anyone with a network or platform to promote our luxury tours! We especially welcome rideshare drivers, hotel concierges, travel bloggers, social media influencers, and local professionals who interact with tourists or experience-seekers.

How much does it cost to join?

 Nothing! Our affiliate program is completely free to join with no upfront costs or membership fees.

How long does approval take?

Most applications are reviewed and approved within 2 business days. You'll receive your unique tracking link and dashboard access via email once approved.

How much can I earn?

Standard affiliates earn 5% commission, while top performers earn 10%. Here are some examples:

How do I qualify for the 10% top performer rate?

Top performer status is by invitation only, based on consistent high-volume referrals and quality promotion. We review for upgrades after 60days of active and booked participation.

When do I get paid?

Monthly payments are processed by the 10th of the following month. For example, May commissions are paid by June 10th.

What's the minimum payout amount?

$100 minimum for monthly payouts. If you don't reach the minimum, your balance rolls over to the next month. Any remaining balance is paid at year-end regardless of amount.

How are my referrals tracked?

You'll receive a unique tracking link through our TicketHub system. When someone clicks your link, a 30-day cookie tracks their activity. If they book within 30 days, you earn commission.

What if someone doesn't book immediately?

No problem! Our 30-day cookie window means you'll still get credit if they book within a month of clicking your link.

Can I track my performance?

Yes! You'll have access to a dashboard showing clicks, conversions, earnings, and detailed reports updated in real-time.

Are there any restrictions on how I can promote?

We ask that you:

  • Accurately represent our tours and pricing
  • Avoid spam or aggressive marketing tactics
  • Don't bid on our branded keywords in paid advertising
  • Follow our brand guidelines for any promotional materials

Can I offer discounts to my referrals?

We handle all pricing and promotions directly. However, we occasionally run special offers that you can promote to your network.

How do I get paid?

We offer payment via Zelle or company check - you choose your preference during registration.

Do I need to provide tax information?

Yes, you'll need to submit a W-9 form(we will send a link to complete once approved) and you will receive a 1099 for tax reporting If you earn $600+ annually. 

What happens if a customer cancels after I'm paid?

If a refund occurs after we've paid your commission, the commission amount will be deducted from your future payouts.

Q: Can I quit anytime?

A: Yes, either party can terminate the affiliate relationship with two business days' written notice.

Q: What if you change the commission rates?

A: We'll provide 10 days' notice of any policy changes. Current affiliates are typically grandfathered in for reasonable periods.
